November 2015 Named after Abner and Zoe Mikva, the Mikva Challenge is a non-partisan, nonprofit that develops youth to be informed, and active citizens and community leaders by engaging youth in action civics, an authentic and transformative learning process built on youth voice and youth expertise.
Thinkinc. provided strategic media relations and social media consulting services to generate coverage for the annual speech competition where thousands of Chicago teens face classmates and judges to present their views on current events. Some 3,300 young people from 110 schools across Chicagoland participated this year.
